Police Officer Fired For Secretly Filming Chief Having Sex In Ambulance

Police Sergeant Joshua Terrell, of the Jal, New Mexico Police Department, has been fired for secretly filming Police Chief Larry Burns having sex in an ambulance on city property.

According to KRQE of New Mexico, Terrell set up a video camera in an attempt to expose the chief for his inappropriate rendezvous. Larry Burns was subsequently caught on tape, on two different occasions, having sex in the back of the emergency response vehicle.

The chief was given a two-week unpaid suspension for his exploits.

City Manager Bob Gallagher led an investigation into Terrell’s role in the bizarre incident and concluded that the Whistleblower had it in for the chief.

Gallagher says that Terrell had made it known publicly that he didn’t like Burns and stated that he wanted to sabotage his bosses current run for magistrate judge.

Gallagher also stated that Terrell violated eight different policies including using a key to get into the ambulance barn when he didn’t belong there and that he would not be protected as a whistleblower because he released the video into the public sector.

When local news correspondents asked Gallagher why Chief Burns wasn’t fired, the city manger stated that what the chief did was not criminal.

Gosh, I want to be on that police department’s force. Apparently fucking around on the job, literally that is, is part of the job description and not an inappropriate use of government time and money! What a bunch of buffoons.

Wait a moment…Terrel was doing his job as a cop…investigative work, proceeded by a bust, just like all other crimes. When a cop busts a drunk driver, they have it out for drinking drivers, and they do things to complete the bust. He did his job, and a good one. And those gurney sheets probably cost the tax payers $400 a set. And the chief violated the same 8 policies and used the same set of keys as Terrel did, plus unauthorized access by the female and breaking into a city vehicle. So many things wrong with this story. Is the Chief married?

I’m sorry. I thought they asked why he wasn’t *fired* not why he wasn’t put in jail. I’ve been fired on the job before for doing things that weren’t necessarily criminal.

Is being a police officer like some sort of “legal upgrade” where criminal acts only get you fired, and completely unprofessional acts only get you unpaid leave?

Or should the son of a bitch lose his job and Terrell become his replacement?

  4. Ridiculоսѕ story there. Whɑt ocϲurred after?
    Good luck!
