The virus, known as adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV2), is naturally occurring and carried by up to 80 percent of humans, but it does not cause any disease.

Researchers learned of its cancer-killing properties in 2005, after Penn State scientists observed it killing cervical cancer cells. They also found that women who carried the AAV2 virus and human papillomavirus (HPV), which causes cervical cancer, had a lower propensity to develop cervical cancer.

When combined in a lab recently, AAV2 eradicated all the breast cancer cells “within seven days,” according to researchers. Better still, it proved capable of wiping out cancer cells at multiple stages, negating the need for differing treatments used today.

“If we can determine which viral genes are being used, we may be able to introduce those genes into a [therapy],” explained Penn State research associate Samina Alam. “If we can determine which pathways the virus is triggering, we can then screen new drugs that target those pathways. Or we may simply be able to use the virus itself.”

The Center for Disease Control says that breast cancer is the most common type of canceraffecting American women. Overall, it is second only to lung cancer in causing more deaths than any other form of the disease.

The American Cancer Society estimates that up to 39,520 women in the U.S. will die from cancer just this year, out of about 230,480 new cases discovered by doctors.

The L.A. Times published an article by Rosie Mestel (4/9/12) questioning whether or not fish oil was good for us.  This article was based on findings reported in the Archives of Internal Medicine, from a team of scientists from S. Korea.  Here’s the article link.

The findings of the study show that, “taking omega-3 fatty acid supplements won’t protect against repeat heart attacks, strokes or other cardiovascular problems.”  The lead researcher, Dr. Seung-Kwon Myung, chief of the carcinogenesis branch of the National Cancer Center, Republic of Korea, said that, “It is effective against cardiovascular disease to eat fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, not supplements.”

The lead researcher on a long term study of more than 20,000 patients is supportive of eating oily fish 2 to 3 times per week, and not replacing healing foods with supplements.  While I do believe that high quality fish oil supplements can be a great support for some people, I agree with Dr. Seung-Kwon Myung that there is no replacement for the whole food.

Our bodies use the omega-3 fatty acids found in flax, wheat germ, hemp seeds, and fish to create anti-inflammatory substances in the body.  When we ingest alpha-linolenic acid, or ALA, we begin a process whereby our bodies use ALA to form the fatty acids found primarily in fish oil, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).  The EPA and DHA are then converted by our body into the anti-inflammatory substance I mentioned above – prostaglandins.

Prostaglandins assist us in a variety of ways.  They regulate cellular communication, they help maintain homeostasis, they increase blood flow to the kidneys, dilate bronchial tubes, and most importantly for this discussion, they control inflammatory function.  The prostaglandins created by the conversion of ALA into EPA and DHA are anti-inflammatory prostaglandins, no more or less important than prostaglandins that are inflammatory, but that’s a different blog….

Suffice it to say, the anti-inflammatory prostaglandins are highly important for healing to occur within the body.  The fatty acids found in fish, EPA and DHA, are one step closer to the goal of prostaglandin production than the fatty acids found in the other foods listed above, such as flax and walnuts.  Many factors must be present within the body for the conversion of ALA into EPA and DHA.  Proper digestion, liver function, correct enzyme activity, as well as adequate amounts of zinc, magnesium, and specific B vitamins – all this must be present for the tricky conversion to occur.  Our ethnicity may also play a role in our ability to convert fatty acids into the anti-inflammatory substances we need.

Bottom line?  Follow the doc’s orders and eat fish, preferably cold water oily fish that is wild caught.  The quality of fish oil found in supplements is questionable, and these rancid oils severely disrupt the conversion of fatty acids into anti-inflammatory prostaglandins.  Researchers found that, “the potential cardiovascular benefits of fish oil supplements have produced mixed results,” while fresh fish such as wild caught salmon and mackerel helped heal cardiovascular inflammation.

A total of 75,000 participants In the study contracted cancer. The study found that 12 types of cancer were reduced in those subjects exposed to more sunlight. These included cancers of the lungs, prostate, pancreas, colon, thyroid and many other types. As expected melanoma and other skin cancers occurred more often in the participants exposed to more sunlight. The incidence of cancers of female organs including the ovaries, breast, and uterus were not reduced in this study, possibly because men spend more time outdoors than women. This confirmed a previous study that showed a decreased incidence of cancer in men but not women in relation to sun exposure (Grant, 2012).

This research confirms the protective effect of Vitamin D for many types of cancer. No other known factors in sun exposure would account for these findings. This provides more evidence that sun exposure is protective and that the routine use of sunscreens is counterproductive. Sunscreen should be used to prevent sunburn during prolonged exposure to bright sun at midday. Otherwise sun exposure and ultraviolet radiation promote health. Similarly, in parts of the world and times of the year with limited sun exposure taking a vitamin D supplement in adequate amounts is beneficial to the immune system, promotes bone growth, prevents cardiovascular disease, and reduces the incidence of cancer.

Ever since direct-to-consumer drug advertising became commonplace on television, in magazines and even on billboards starting in the 1990s, more Americans than ever become convinced that they have some novel new disease that requires ongoing treatment with medication. And these conditions include things like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, asthma, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) and many others.

But many of these conditions have essentially been made up, or at least grossly overblown, for the purpose of selling new drugs. Individuals are made to feel as though they must take a drug for the rest of their lives in order to mitigate the symptoms of these new and novel conditions. And the consequence of this has been a massive upswing in the number of pharmaceutical drug addicts in America today, conveniently making Big Pharma very rich in the process.

The big three – behavioral drugs, statins, and antidepressants

Writing forAlterNet.org, Martha Rosenberg recently outlined six types of drugs that drug companies hope you and your family will get suckered into taking for the rest of your lives. And rounding out the top three, though not in this particular order in Rosenberg’s piece, are behavioral drugs, statin drugs and antidepressants.

Every year, the age at which children are “pre-diagnosed” for conditions like ADHD, bipolar disorder and other so-called “behavioral” problems gets younger and younger. More than 20 million American children, in fact, have been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder, even though the vast majority of them are simply immature children that have yet to develop into adults (http://www.naturalnews.com/033131_psychiatric_disease_labeling.html).

This is precisely how Big Pharma has been able to rope more parents into drugging up their children, by convincing them that their children have inherent behavioral problems that must continually be addressed by drugs that calm or “normalize” them. Then there are statin drugs, which purportedly normalize cholesterol levels and prevent cardiovascular problems, but that must be taken throughout a person’s life. Even though statins cause many other health problems, even raising the risk of cardiovascular events, many patients fear that if they stop taking them, their arteries will become clogged and they will be worse off in the long run.

Hormone replacement therapy, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) for “heartburn,” and asthma-control medicines are three other major drug categories that require constant use as well, even though they only address symptoms while doing little or nothing to address the underlying health problems involved. Incidentally, each of these classifications is also linked to very serious side effects.

“[Pharma executives] have shown less interest in medicines like antibiotics that actually cure disease than in those that only treat symptoms,” wrote Melody Petersen ofOur Daily Medsabout the issue. “Most blockbusters are pills for conditions such as anxiety, high cholesterol or constipation that must be taken daily, often for months or years. They are designed for rich Americans who can afford to buy them.”

With over 2.5 million square feet of greenhouse space,Living with the Landis a behemoth display of agricultural technology, including a giant gravity-defying tomato “tree” with thousands of tomato fruits, and various displays of unique growing techniques like hydroponics. But according to Jill Fehrenbacher fromInhabitat, a tour guide explained to her that most of the food grown in these greenhouses, which is also fed to park guests in restaurants and cafeterias throughout the parks, has been genetically-altered in some way.

This makes sense, since part of the tour includes a visit to the exhibit’s “Biotechnology Lab,” a “sterile research environment” sponsored by pro-GMO food giant Nestle USA, where scientists from theU.S. Department of Agriculturecan be seen working on various “crop improvement” techniques. After the tour, park guests can even purchase “Mickey’s Mini Gardens,” which are small glass bottles of plant starters made from cloned plant cells rather than from natural seeds, that were produced in Biotechnology Lab.

Disney has been pushing GMOs on children since at least 1996

Genetic manipulation of plants and crops has apparently been taking place at Disney’sLiving with the Landexhibit for almost two decades now. Back in 1996, the USDA published an article in one of its publications explaining that the main purpose of the Biotechnology Lab at EPCOT has always been about “showcasing various tools — such as biotechnology” as part of its “sustainable agriculture” initiatives.

Even back then, John Cordts from the USDA’sAgricultural Research Service(ARS) admitted that he and others were working on various GMO projects in the lab, which at the time included exploring new ways to genetically-alter peaches to ripen longer on trees, yet stay firm enough to be shipped. And before that, then-manager of the Biotechnology Lab Lexie McKently had been working on developing GM peanuts (http://www.ars.usda.gov/is/ar/archive/jul96/disney0796.htm).

And yet the millions of young children that have passed through this exhibit over the years have no idea that what those scientists are working on behind the glass has been shown to cause human sterilization, organ damage, and death. Because the entire presentation is dressed up with cute Disney characters and fun animations, it all just looks like some type of agricultural utopia.

Interestingly, the veneer of Disney’s supposed sustainable and pollution-less approach to agricultural runs thin in others areas as well, as Fehrenbacher’s tour revealed the use of materials like non-biodegradable styrofoam to house plants, for instance. When asked by several guests why the exhibit featured styrofoam and other environmentally-unfriendly materials, the tour guide allegedly explained that these materials are inexpensive and easily disposable.

So as is the case with most things Disney, theLiving with the Landexhibit appears to be nothing more than a thinly-veiled veneer of propaganda aimed directly at young children. And in this case, the Disney empire has “greenwashed” biotechnology as an environmentally-friendly and sustainable agricultural system of the future in order to convince the next generation that it provides great benefits to humanity.

Using iconic cartoon characters to indoctrinate children into supporting toxic GMOs is the epitome of evil

It is no secret that millions of families from around the world make the trek to Orlando, Fla., every year to visit Walt Disney World theme parks specifically because they believe it is a safe and fun environment for children. Little do many of them know, however, that part of Disney’s apparent agenda is to indoctrinate society’s youngest and most innocent members into the phony dogma of biotechnology.

Deliberately shaping a genetically-modified pumpkin into the shape of Mickey Mouse ears, for example, would probably not sway mostNaturalNewsreaders into thinking that the technology is safe. But to a child, this explicit form of manipulation appears fun and exciting, which subconsciously instills in him or her the idea that genetically-tampering with nature in this way is a good thing.

Because they cannot present a legitimate and scientific argument for why GMOs are safe or necessary in the first place, purveyors of biotechnology are now resorting to such blatant brainwashing campaigns aimed directly at young children. This is why parents everywhere need to take the time to explain to their children the truth about GMOs, and teach them how to deflect all the crafty propaganda that is increasingly being embedded in popular cultural icons like Disney.

Mineola, NY, May 8, 2012 — NYS Supreme Court ORDERS that
Anthony Tolda be restored to the all ballots for the public office of
Congressman for NY District 3 (Suffolk, Nassau and Queens).

Today, Nassau County Supreme Court in Mineola, Hon. Anthony F. Marano, J.S.C., did ORDER
from the bench, that Anthony Tolda be restored to ALL BALLOTS (including ALL machine
ballots and ALL paper ballots) as a Republican Party Candidate for US Congress for the 3rd
Congressional District of New York.

“I am very thankful that my prayers were answered and justice was done” said Mr. Tolda, who
ran for the same office in 2010 as a Constitution Party Candidate. “I am in this race because our
economy and liberty needs to be defended”, Mr. Tolda said further, “in the past my primary
opponent, Mr. Labate, has gone so far as to favor CISPA, PIPA and SOPA type legislation which
would have harmed our ability to use the internet freely ; on other issues, his platform is thin.”

“The last thing the people need is another carpet bagger selling influence from the floor of a
legislature” remarked Greg Fischer, Mr. Tolda’s aggressive campaign strategist, who had outed
Regina Calcaterra in 2010 as being an illegal candidate not meeting residency requirements,
ultimately having her thrown off the NYS Senate ballot. He went on to say “Labate is a phony;
when he talks about his promises or commitments to the voters (of the district) he shows himself
as a laughable long-distance candidate”.

“It seems that Mr. Labate has been running a half -hearted campaign, and not giving his best,
especially not to the Republican voters of the district. He is a RINO (Republican- In-Name-
Only) who lives OUTSIDE the district and whose positions will make government even bigger.
His special interest backers include Steve Forbes who seem to be lobbying government or
thinking they can buy a seat for Mr. Labate to serve their own personal agendas. I am proud that
Mr. Tolda wants to nip corruption in the bud” says Mr. Fischer.

“Today, in court, I went up against party lawyers. I was unrepresented (pro se) and they were
stopped. I want to go up against bullies; justice is very important to me” remarked Mr. Tolda
(who has been a member of Curtis Sliwa’s Guardian Angels).

And all of this in a peaceful way. A whole revolution against the powers that have created the current global crisis. This is why there hasn’t been any publicity during the last two years: What would happen if the rest of the EU citizens took this as an example? What would happen if the US citizens took this as an example.

This is a summary of the facts:

2008. The main bank of the country is nationalized.
The Krona, the currency of Iceland devaluates and the stock market stops. The country is in bankruptcy

2008. The citizens protest in front of parliament and manage to get new elections that make the resignation of the prime minister and his whole government.
The country is in bad economic situation.
A law proposes paying back the debt to Great Britain and Holland through the payment of 3,500 million euros, which will be paid by the people of Iceland monthly during the next 15 years, with a 5.5% interest.

2010. The people go out in the streets and demand a referendum. In January 2010 the president denies the approval and announces a popular meeting.
In March the referendum and the denial of payment is voted in by 93%. Meanwhile the government has initiated an investigation to bring to justice those responsible for the crisis, and many high level executives and bankers are arrested. The Interpol dictates an order that make all the implicated parties leave the country.

In this crisis an assembly is elected to rewrite a new Constitution which can include the lessons learned from this, and which will substitute the current one (a copy of the Danish Constitution).
25 citizens are chosen, with no political affiliation, out of the 522 candidates. For candidacy all that was needed was to be an adult and have the support of 30 people. The constitutional assembly starts in February of 2011 to present the ‘carta magna’ from the recommendations given by the different assemblies happening throughout the country. It must be approved by the current Parliament and by the one constituted through the next legislative elections.

So in summary of the Icelandic revolution:
-resignation of the whole government
-nationalization of the bank.
-referendum so that the people can decide over the economic decisions.
-incarcerating the responsible parties
-rewriting of the constitution by its people

Have we been informed of this through the media?
Has any political program in radio or TV commented on this?
No! The Icelandic people have been able to show that there is a way to beat the system and has given a democracy lesson to the world
