Ready for the best stuffing on earth? Want left overs people will fight to take home?
Here you go.
White wine – 1/2 cup (Use to moisten instead of water)
1 big French Baguette
3 Stalks Celery
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts broken up
1 clove garlic chopped
Pink Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Black pepper (to taste)
Thyme (to taste)
Dill (to taste)
Oregano ( to taste)
3/4 stick Grass-Fed Butter
-Rip apart the bread by hand into little chunks the night before and just cover with paper towels. Let it get stale.
-cut up the apples, celery, onion and dump in
-add in raisins and walnuts
–melt butter, add 1/4 cup of wine and add in garlic and spices….then dump over other ingredients and mix around till coated.
—Cover and Bake! (or stuff turkey with and then bake) 400 degrees for 30 min then uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
Voila! Ummmy Nummy-ness! Seriously, people flip for it.
